Finest Select No. 1 and Burgundy Red Wine Cask are 40% vol, Triple Sherry Cask is 46% vol and Palo Cortado Sherry Cask is 60% vol cask strength. Single Grain is 40% vol. Strength is a useful specification; each expression’s flavour notes tell a different part of its story.
