Three names in succession
The three casks named on the Triple Sherry Cask label are Oloroso, Moscatel and Palo Cortado. The label describes sequential maturation. The focus is the complete expression created through these three cask influences.
From nuts to ripe apple
Warm nutty sweetness, white raisins, honey and ripe apple are the flavour notes of this expression. Malt gives it a full body, with clarity, balance and elegance. These tasting terms are sensory references, not a list of added ingredients.
Triple cask or cask strength?
Triple Sherry Cask is 46% vol, with the combined expression of three sherry cask types. Palo Cortado Sherry Cask is 60% vol cask strength, with roasted nuts, orange peel, dry wood and a dry finish. Both belong to the single malt collection, with distinct names, strengths and flavour profiles.
